CapLinked virtual data rooms permit users from different countries and time zones to easily share, edit and archive documents. This is highly beneficial for industries such as oil and gas, in which people are scattered across the globe. In addition, a centralized portal can significantly cut back on the amount of time and money that would be used to handle physical documentation.

When conducting M&A in the energy industry, a VDR is a mandatory tool. In addition to helping speed up the process and stay legally compliant, it makes it easier to share information securely with various parties.
